We’re Brad and Jennifer, and this desert retreat in San Tan Valley is more than just a rental to us: it’s part of our story. Before moving to Arizona we called Canada home for years, and we’ve always loved sharing the beauty of Arizona and the American Southwest with friends, family, and now, with guests who stay in our home.
When we decided to open our home for monthly rentals 14 years ago, our vision was simple: create a place where people feel both cared for and independent. We know what it’s like to be away from home for weeks or months at a time; comfort, ease, and a sense of belonging make all the difference. That’s why we’ve tried to make the house welcoming, uncluttered, and filled with the small details that make life easier.
For us, hosting isn’t just about keys and check-ins: it’s about connection. We enjoy getting to know our guests, hearing their stories, and helping them settle into Arizona life. Whether it’s pointing you toward the best local hikes, sharing our favorite places to grab a bite, or just making sure you feel supported during your stay, we’re here to make your time in San Tan Valley as enjoyable as possible.
